Designed to comfortably accommodate 5 people,

" Presqu'île " offers, on the ground floor, a large living room very bright.

The fully equipped kitchen, the living area and the welcoming living room overlook a small intimate and cozy terrace

which is accessed by a large bay window.

Upstairs, the two quiet independent bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet.

Suitable for families or tribes of friends, the 2 bedrooms are modular

and can accommodate 2 couples and 1 single person or 1 couple and 3 children.

Travel cot and high chair for baby provided free of charge on request.

Well-behaved pets are welcomed in this House with pleasure.

A private parking space is accessible 20 metres from the house.

The House, everything is done on foot or by bike: the coast path is at the end of the street.

the typical Sunday morning market is 600 meters, the center of the village and its shops at 800 meters.

Beautiful beaches strung out along the coast to St Malo to the West and Mont St-Michel Bay will deliver its mysteries to the East.
